Is this a loan?
No. RNPL is a rent facilitation product — Keyda advances the annual rent on your behalf. There is no interest rate in the traditional sense; instead, a service fee is added based on your repayment schedule.
What are the fees?
Service fees range from 3% to 8% of the annual rent, depending on your TrueScore tier and payment schedule. Gold and Platinum users get preferential rates.
What if I miss a payment?
Our support team contacts you 3 days before each due date. If you miss a payment, you get a 5-day grace period before any TrueScore impact. We work with you — not against you.
Can my landlord refuse RNPL?
No. All properties on Keyda automatically accept RNPL. The landlord receives the full annual rent upfront — RNPL is between Keyda and the tenant.
What is the maximum amount?
RNPL limits start at ₦5M for new users and increase up to ₦25M for Platinum TrueScore users with a strong repayment history.
How quickly is it approved?
Most applications receive a decision within 24 hours. Platinum users with connected Mono accounts are typically approved instantly.
