Quick Summary

Keyda helps renters find verified homes, confirm identity, and start the rental process with transparent fees.

What You'll Learn

  • ✓ How to browse verified properties
  • ✓ What identity checks Keyda requires
  • ✓ How to apply and track your application

Before You Start

  • Have your BVN or NIN ready
  • Know your preferred budget and neighbourhood
  • Prepare a government-issued ID and references

Step 1: Browse verified properties

Open the Keyda property search and filter by area, price, and verified listings. Verified listings show the TrueCheck badge and have passed identity, title, and inspection checks.

Step 2: Confirm your profile

Go to Profile → Verification and submit your BVN or NIN. Identity verification keeps your application moving fast and makes RNPL approval easier.

Step 3: Apply for the right flat

When you find a property, click Apply and upload your supporting documents. Keyda matches applications with the landlord and gives you a clear status update.

Step 4: Track your application

Check your dashboard to see whether your landlord has reviewed the application, requested documents, or approved the lease.

Common Questions

Q: Can I apply for more than one property? A: Yes. You can track multiple applications in your dashboard, but only one approved lease will move forward.

Troubleshooting

Problem: My verification is pending. Solution: Confirm your BVN/NIN is correct and refresh your profile page. If it still hangs, contact support through the dashboard.
