Victoria Island Apartments: What ₦1.5M–₦3M Gets You in 2025

A frank look at the VI rental market — what's realistic at different budget levels and what premium you're actually paying for.

VI rents pay for address and convenience. Here is what realistic budgets look like in 2025.

₦1.5M–₦2M/year

Often older one-beds or smaller units on internal streets. May lack dedicated parking. Finishing varies — inspect plumbing carefully.

₦2M–₦3M/year

Better finishes, some estate-style blocks, generator provisions more common. Still not large by mainland standards.

What you are paying for

Shorter commutes to Adeola Odeku offices, restaurants, and banks. If you work remotely three days a week, the premium may not justify itself.

Compare VI against Oniru and parts of Lekki Phase 1 — similar access, sometimes better value.
